I've read section 3.6 (the martingale problem for generators and its well-posedness) and a part of section 3.7 (Levy processes). I feel that I have to review the definition and properties of negative definite symbols and the fact that : "Feller semigroups are generated by pseudo-differential operators".
I have little time...
